With the escalating severity of the novel coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak locally, we have had to make the difficult decision to temporarily stop processing and shipping orders on our TYGA Performance website. In this dangerous period, we need to put our staff’s health and safety first and unfortunately, due to the nature of our business operations, it is not possible to operate our factory and use social distancing and work at home protocols. Therefore, the only choice we have is to send our staff home to take care of their families and wait and see this episode through to its end, whenever that may be.
We wish to take this opportunity to thank all our customers and fans who have supported our business during the last twenty years of operation and apologize for any inconvenience that this situation may have caused. We have done our best to clear as many orders as possible given the urgency of the situation and for any that we may not have been able send, we will reach out to you by email and work through a solution. We expect the situation to improve in a week or so. For any orders which we have already sent, you should have received your tracking number so there should be no issues with delivery. For other questions and messages, please email us at the usual email addresses. We will do our best to answer in a timely way but please take into consideration the seriousness of the situation and allow a little more time than usual for replies.
Our thoughts and hearts go to those who are affected by this outbreak and we appreciate the healthcare workers and all who are on the front line working hard to contain this virus so that we can be safe and resume our normal daily lives as soon as possible.
