The TYGA exhaust systems for the Ninja ZX-4R(R) have been dyno developed with maximum power as the primary design brief.
The hand welded and spring secured sections of the full system give that factory look and feel.
For racing, track days and maximum power on your street bike then the choice for you is the EXPS-1167 complete system with round stainless silencer. This setup is optimized for max power throughout the rev range, with a great sound from the high revving inline four.
We also offer the EXPS-2167 complete system which uses the same EXPS-0167 pipework, but mated to the extremely loud EXPT-0166 Mesh Slip On Silencer. We don’t recommend this for anything other than show. It certainly won’t pass any noise regulations but will make you the center of attention without doubt!
For those of you that want the MotoGP look and sound without spending a fortune we have EXPS-0166 Mesh Slip On set. This set fits in minutes and simply replaces the heavy weight OEM silencer Incredibly loud and again, won’t pass any noise regulations.
Finally, for the more conservative, we have the budget friendly EXSL-3168 Slip On Conversion Stainless Silencer set. This set fits in minutes and simply replaces the heavy weight OEM silencer, giving you the racer look with a much nicer sound and the potential for more power.
This slip on conversion set was designed to be used exclusively with the ZX-4R(R) OEM headers and features a hairline finish stainless tube for a lightweight and attractive finish. Topped off with a stylish carbon end cap.
Free flowing, this slip on silencer set not only allows for more power but gives a much more rewarding audible experience over stock.
The ‘slip-on’ mount and clamp allows quick and easy fitment to the OEM ZX-4R(R) headers. The silencer is then mounted to the stock exhaust mount on the pillion steps
