Products Used:	TYGA KTM RC 390 featuring an exhaust system and a range of carbon fiber components, including Engine Covers on both sides, Fuel Tank Cover, Lower Fairing, Upper Fairing, Belly Pan, Front Fender, Rear Fender, Exhaust Cover, Chain Guard, Sprocket Cover, Rear Sprocket, Seat Cowling and Seat Pad. The bike also features a Triple Clamp, brake and clutch components, Rear Sets, and other accessories from TYGA Performance. Overall, the bike has been customised and upgraded with TYGA Performance components, with a focus on a race-inspired appearance, reduced weight, and enhanced performance.

This project started with a KTM RC 390 and was further developed by TYGA Performance, with a focus on reducing weight and giving the bike a distinctly racing style appearance. The bike has been fitted with a wide range of carbon fiber components, including racing-style bodywork designed to give it the look and character of a race bike. The front end features a race style configuration without a headlight or other components normally required for road use.

Beyond its appearance, various areas of the bike have also been upgraded with TYGA Performance components to enhance its performance and make it better suited to sporty and track riding.

However, the bike is not limited to track use. If required, it can be converted back for road use by changing to appropriate road going components, such as a road going belly pan and seat cowling.

The Racing Belly Pan is designed specifically for track use, with a streamlined racing style design and without certain features required for road use, while the Road-going Belly Pan is designed for street use and can be fitted with the necessary components to allow the bike to be used on the road.

The Racing Seat Cowling is designed for track use, featuring a streamlined racing style design without a rear light or other components required for road use, while the Road going Seat Cowling is designed for street use and can accommodate the necessary rear light and other road going components.

The bike is fitted with the TYGA Full Race Exhaust System, developed to WSS300 specifications for the KTM RC390. Featuring hand-formed and hand-welded stainless steel sections with full spring mounting, the system is designed to optimise exhaust routing, improve performance and provide excellent clearance for track use. It also includes a primary silencer, dB killer and carbon heat shield.
