Description

Set, Mesh, Slip-On, Slash Cut, Stainless, with Carbon Exhaust Guard, Kawasaki ZX-4R(R)

Hand welded from stainless steel, this is a direct slip on to the standard ZX-4R headers. Just remove the stock silencer and exhaust cover and fit the TYGA silencer and BPCC-7156 carbon exhaust cover.

Std exhaust system vs the EXPS-0166 Mesh, bolted on with no ECU adjustments gives a 3 HP increase in power.

The Mesh silencer set offers also a huge weight saving over the stock silencer.

  • Standard Silencer:    4.35kg (including OEM heat shield)
  • EXPS-0166:    0.49kg (including BPCC-7156 Exhaust Guard, Carbon, NinjaZX-4R(R)

This product was made with no noise regulations in mind and is incredibly loud! Recommended for static display only.

  • Idle: 93dBA
  • 3,000rpm: 105dBA.
