Here we have a super clean RGV250 VJ23 from Christian

This was all a pile of separate parts bought off Yahoo back in 2013-2014 from at least a dozen donor bikes that have sat in boxes for a decade

crank was purchased as ‘low mileage’ unit in Feb 2013. Everything out of Japan is much dearer now, TKRJ piston kits as identical to OEM (2024)

Coils are RM125/RM250 however the superseded part translates to a DR-Z125 now. So, pretty much anything can be used.Reeds are YZ125 *carbon

Every bolt and nut was swapped for titanium, every wire bracket was hand-made from titanium rods.

Every bearing and bush replaced, refurbished or polished.

Panels are all OEM sourced from an ex race bike.

All part swapped and fitted from the full power V model with more upgrades.

Engine cases flowed, Cylinders flowed and bridge port cleaned up, Ports and PV valves mirror polished. All fuel and oil lines upgraded to tygon. All work was done in house with the help of a very wise friend”.
