Description
Wheel, Front, Spacer Kit. ’05-’06 CBR600RR fork conversion.
These spacers are designed to allow the standard NSR250, NC30/35 front wheel to be used together with the ’05-’06 model CBR600RR forks when used with our CBR600RR triple clamp conversion.
Note that the upper/lower triple clamp bore dimensions are 48mm – 53mm.
The standard ’05-’06 axle shaft is too large a diameter to fit the NSR/NC wheel, so these spacer bushes are used to allow the use of the smaller axle shaft.
The standard NSR250/NC30 shaft is a little too short, so we recommend using an RVF400 axle.
The NSR/NC disc mounting face is 100mm wide. The disc pitch, centerline to centerline of the rotors should be 138mm, and the discs 310mm in diameter.
RVF750R RC45 or NR750 discs can be used
