Triple Clamp Kit, USD Fork Conversion, CNC, Honda NSR150SP

This triple clamp/handlebar set has been designed to allow for conversion of an upside down front fork set on the NSR150SP.

Made using 3D CNC machining and finished off with carbon covers over the handlebars, this product is both functional and aesthetically pleasing, giving the NSR150SP a huge boost in sporting credentials while saving weight too.

Installation is easy and it simply replaces the stock triple clamps and handlebars and is designed so there is plenty of steering movement without any clearance issue with the handlebars and controls with the instrument cluster fuel tank or bodywork making installation easy.

Note that the handlebar position is fixed to a slightly lower and more forward position.

The triple clamps have been designed to be used with the Showa forks shown on this website but there may be other similar model forks which can be used. Note the dimensions of the triple clamps are as follows:

• Top Triple Clamp Bore: 48mm
• Lower Triple Clamp Bore: 51mm
• Pitch between Forks: 187mm
• Fork offset: 40mm

The steering bearings are not included in this product but if you would like them, please order the following parts:

• 2x Race, Steering Top Ball, NSR150SP Part Number: 50301-268-010
• 1x Race, Steering Top Cone, NSR150SP Part Number: 53211-268-010
• 36x Ball, Steel #8, (1/4″) Part Number: 96211-08000

One thing to note, due to the tabs on the air ducts protruding towards the fork legs, it is necessary to cut these tabs off of the air ducts and secure the plastic flaps further outboard on the underside using the two screws (PHSS-0320) provided. All details are descripted in the fitting instructions. Apart from this small change, there is no need to make any modifications to existing components and the fork legs have been designed to give good clearance with the bodywork. We recommend you install this triple clamp kit with fork kit TPER-0106, brake kit TPER-0105, brake line BLSF-0004 and don’t forget to select one of the front fenders shown below to complete the conversion.
