This Race Air Box Set includes the TYGA Race Air Box and Air Filter Eliminator for the Honda NC30/NC35. Designed for race use, the larger and longer inlet improves airflow and engine breathing while enhancing the ram air effect. The air box also features an 8% larger internal volume than the stock unit, providing more stable performance and improved throttle response. The included Air Filter Eliminator replaces the standard air filter assembly, allowing maximum airflow when used with the TYGA Race Air Box. Like the original air box, the TYGA unit retains the correct base profile to ensure an effective seal when installed.

Note: This set is intended for race use only and is designed to be used with no air filter and is supplied with an air filter delete ring so the air bix still seals without the air filter installed. Carburettor rejetting and tuning will be required after installation. The HRC setup manual recommends #152 main jets for the rear bank and #142 for the front bank when used with the full HRC carb kit. As this kit is no longer available, we recommend starting with approximately #160 main jets front and rear, then tuning as required for optimum performance. Stock needles may require a 0.5 mm shim to slightly enrich the mixture. The HRC setup manual also recommends #35 slow jets.
