Set, Exhaust Chamber, GP Type, Stainless Steel, NSR250 MC21

Constructed in stainless steel, TYGA Performance combine modern technology and traditional techniques to bring you the best in two stroke chamber design. With the help of advance computer software, and extensive dyno and track testing, we are able to design the optimum chambers for your model motorcycle. Chamber sections are laser cut but this is where the automation ends. All chambers are hand rolled and welded by expert craftsmen to give the level of perfection that you’d expect when purchasing a TYGA Performance exhaust system.

For more information on how to get the best power out of this system, combine it with other parts of our MC21 Power Up Kit (see under ‘technical help’ on left hand menu) to give your bike a massive power increase. In addition to performance, the chambers will enhance the bike’s appearance and save weight too. There is no need to compromise with fit either. The chambers are designed to give clearance to the swing arm and stock foot peg hangers as well as work with our Tyga Performance step kit STAA-0002. The stock bodywork does not need to be cut, (though repositioning of rear lower cowling down by 25mm is recommended)

Our latest design, is provided with silencers clamping hardware which mounts directly to the stock right side MC21 silencer stay for a more secure and firm installation.

TYGA’s Top Tip: Good time to replace Bush, Muffler Stay 18353-KV3-830 when installing new MC21/28 exhausts.

Tyga Performance NSR250 exhausts are supplied with a double ‘O’ ring header joint for superior sealing and vibration isolation. In addition, the ‘O’ rings are made from Viton which are resistant to automotive fluids and better able to withstand higher temperatures.

• 1x universal aluminium silencer stay
• 2 x Viton O-Ring

Not included are the silencers.
