Pro-Arm Hub Conversion Assy, Pro-Arm Underslung Caliper, NC30 Hub, Single Nut Wheel, RC36-2

This Pro-Arm hub conversion assembly for the RC36-2 provides you with all the necessary ‘special’ parts that are needed to convert the 4 bolt fitting R36-2 wheel to a single nut wheel with RC30 style underslung caliper.

This conversion allows use of almost all the Honda Pro-Arm single nut wheels such as the 18” RC30 wheel for example, which really is the required fitment for any RC30 tribute project.

IMPORTANT

Please refer to the fitting instruction manual for a comprehensive list of what is included, and also what you need to source. It is important to read through the all documentation very carefully to fully understand what is required from both the components side and the skills required to perform this conversion. It is not a difficult job but does require a few specialist tools, as explained in the documents and of course how to fit it all together.

NOTE

There are a number of VFR400R NC30 parts required to complete this conversion which need to be sourced by the customer.

In addition, it is also important to note that from those NC30 parts required, two of them, namely, the eccentric adjuster and the sprocket carrier lock nut need to be sent to TYGA Performance to be modified.

We do not have readily available stock of these parts and as such we will be supplying the modified part on an exchange basis.

You send us your standard NC30 eccentric and nut, and we will send you the finished modified parts.

How to Order:

This product is a little unusual when compared to other products we offer for sale. In order to complete the product and make it affordable, it is necessary to modify a Honda eccentric and because we do not have a stock of these parts available, we request the customer ship this eccentric to us for modification. Given that the customer will need to source a number of other Honda NC30 parts to complete the conversion and normally, the eccentric is part of the assembly of those parts including hub etc. it seems to be the best system to supply the eccentric to us. The nut also needs the flange removed and re-coating which we can do at the same time.

Below are some steps to make this process run smoothly.

1.  Make sure you have the two parts 42500-MR8-000 and 90306-MR8-000 ready to send to us. It is preferred that the bearings in the eccentric are removed prior to sending. If not removed, the customer will be fully responsible for cleaning and re greasing the bearings upon return.
2. Make the order on the website for the hub conversion part number TYLY-0326 and in the comment box, please indicate details of when and which shipping method you will ship the two parts 42500-MR8-000  and 90306-MR8-000
3. Contact us with the tracking number, value and description used on the waybill
4. We will notify you after we receive the parts and let you know details such as : a) How much import duty and VAT was charged on the parts in the inbound shipment  b) How long it will be for you to receive your order if there is likely to be a delay of more than a week
5. We will send you tracking details as soon as we have shipped your order.
