Kit, Complete Body Set with Front Fender, GRP, Race, KTM RC390 2022-2026

This TYGA Performance fairing kit for the RC series has been specially designed with the dedicated rider as well as the track day rider in mind and comprises of everything you need to convert a street bike to comply with closed circuit regulations such as an enclosed belly pan and stock silhouette. With decades of experience in the business, we have designed an easy to install, well fitting kit that takes all the usual hassle out of mounting race bodywork. In addition, by using high tensile strength epoxy resin and glass fiber fabric means that the panels while very light, are flexible and crash resistant unlike almost all other polyester/chopped strand bodywork being offered. When you factor in these advantages, we believe this is the best product on the market and we are confident you will satisfied that you have chosen TYGA Performance.

Note that there are some options to choose when ordering this product.

You can select one of two different types of belly pans, depending on your application:

– Belly pan BPFL-9031 is designed for the dedicated race bike and has been designed for maximum ground clearance with use of a centrally located race exhaust such as the TYGA EXPS-0160. It is for race bikes which have had the side stand removed.

– The other choice is the BPFL-9131 which is for the track day rider who still retains the side stand on the bike and possibly the stock KTM exhaust though this belly pan can also be used with a race exhaust like the EXPS-0160 too.

Note, both belly pans can be used with either stock foot peg assemblies or TYGA Performance rear sets and both belly pans can be used with either a race or street shift pattern with only minor re assembly of gear linkage as explained in the fitting instructions.

This set includes the products above. The total weight of the panels is under 5 kg.

Please note the following:

– Depending on which belly pan you choose (select in the box above) this cowling set is compatible with both the standard exhaust and TYGA full race exhaust system model EXPS-0160 or only EXPS-0160, so be sure to choose the correct belly pan.

– This product does not include BPFX-7831 Tank Cover, which can be added to your cart separately if required.

– We make carbon fiber versions of the GRP components used in this kit and you can source them individually on the website. (we don’t offer the carbon parts as a complete set)
