Kit, Complete Body Set with Front Fender, GRP, NC30, RC30 Style, Street, Painted RC30

This painted bodywork kit painted in RC30 colours is heavily based on the iconic RC30 VFR750R fairing but we have remodeled it to fit the NC30 VFR400R. The various components are all subtly changed to work together on a stock NC30 to make it appear like an RC30. Note, this kit uses the smaller headlights, the same as some RC30 markets such as Japan and Australia.

The kit consists of an upper and lower fairing, a windscreen, a meter stay, an upper stay  two side stays and a single seat RC30 style seat cowling. Mounting hardware is provided where required to install this kit to a stock NC30.

The fairing design began as an RC30 fairing but we have adapted it to fit the NC30. Some of the changes involved reshaping to clear the coolant hoses and match the radiator. We also reworked the shape to fit the sidestand, exhaust, and changed slightly the split line between upper and lower and the rear trailing edge of the upper fairing so it all fits the NC30 proportions and lines and looks like it is made for the bike…which it is!

Due to the different shape of the RC30 fairing compared to the NC30, we have made a new meter stay to make the mounting hole align with the correct position on the NC30. In addition, we relocated the instrument cluster and headlights to be perfectly positioned with the new fairing. Similarly, the mirror position is different to a stock NC30 so we supply a new upper stay and we changed the mounting hole pitch on the fairing so that it is possible to reinstall the NC30 stock mirrors instead of trying to find rare and expensive RC30 ones.

The windscreen is RC30 shaped and we include this in the kit. For the side fairing mounts, we supply two side stays which allow for installation of the faring without changing mounting hole positions on either the NC30 stays or the RC30 panels. You can keep or install NC30 frame in fills in the kit exactly the same as with the stock NC30 fairing. For the lower cowling rearmost positions, the mounting holes are positioned so you can install it using the stock NC30 lower mounting points.

The kit is extremely simple to install, almost the same as an RC30 fairing and easier than the stock 6 part Honda NC30 fairing. As mentioned above, the kit can be installed using the hardware provided along with NC30 stock parts.

Compatible Parts:

• All TYGA and stock shaped seat cowlings though we recommend the RC30 shaped BPFT-0121 seat cowling, which is included in this kit.
• Stock Honda headlights, instruments, mirrors, turn signals.
