Clamp, Silencer, GP, 70mm (1x Bolt)

Designed to securely clamp 70mm. O.D. silencers. Fabricated in 304 Stainless Steel with Molded rubber for secure, yet safe clamping.

This double clamp is used to clamp 70mm diameter silencers. For 61 mm silencers, see EXCL-0011 .

This product, EXCL-0005, does not have a tab above the top silencer and is suitable for applications where the silencers are not secured to the subframe with an exhaust stay or they are secured to the bike by use of a central position such as on the VJ22 with standard Suzuki subframe. This clamp holds the two silencers in position and, as such provides a certain amount of rigidity .

If for your application, you would like to use an exhaust stay mounted to the subframe to hold the silencers securely, and you can’t bolt the exhausts to the rest of the bike using the central mounting bolt but want a mounting bolt above the silencers, then we recommend using EXCL-0004.
