Set, Exhaust Chamber, Stainless Steel, (High Right Side Silencer Mount) NX5 RS250R

This exhaust chamber set system is derived from our successful  NX5 EXCS-0039B set that we have been offering for a number of years. The only difference is that we moved the right side silencer higher to be above the swing arm similar to the factory NSR250 from 1992. Due to the higher position of the silencer and further from the frame mount, it is necessary to install a silencer mounting stay and hardware and this is provided with this product.

The 1993 NX5 has a mounting lug in the subframe to accept this but for later models, it will be necessary to weld one on using the hardware provided. See photos below for position and mounting details.

With no compromises in time and materials, the chambers are accurately laser cut, hand rolled and welded in 304 stainless steel by our top craftsmen to make a world-class product. Not only does this system perform, it looks the part too from its exquisite welding, to the routing and the HRC style spring mounted silencers. Every effort has been made to give maximum clearance for lean angle and spring mounting and being made from stainless, is easy to maintain. Available from stock and with a reliable source of spare parts and customer service support and knowledge, the TYGA Performance NX5 exhaust is available with a choice of three silencer types, carbon, carbon/Kevlar and aluminium. Be sure to order two silencers (EXSL-0068, EXSL-0069 or EXSL-0070) with every chamber set, (EXCS-0039).

Note, this system uses the stock NX5 manifolds and uses the RS type springs (not included)

The 1993 NX5 has the mount for the silencer stay already, but the 1994~ NX5 does not have this mount.

As such we recommend purchasing the following products to complete the package:

Note that TYLY-0334C should be welded to the subframe as shown below.
