Used, JDM Honda Headlight, Refurbished, Grade B, Right

Used refurbished genuine JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) Honda headlight, used in many sports bikes of the 1990s, such as the NC30, and almost indistinguishable from the ones used on the RC30. (Some minor detail differences and these units use the H4R bulb.) These headlights are ideal for anyone wanting to make an RC30 replica using TYGA Performance products such as the RC30 replica fairing for the RC36 and the meter stay TYLY-0317, which were designed specifically to use this style of headlight.

Please note that these components are supplied with the black plastic adjustment plate, refurbished adjusting hardware, and bulb mounting clip. They are also supplied with brand new springs and rubber boots in most cases. (See photos on each headlight to see if included.) They are ready to install, unlike many Chinese copy headlights which either have no adjusting plate, or have the adjusting plate and no adjusting hardware. The fact they are genuine Honda is a big plus.

Please note the bulbs are not included. Note there are different types of bulb depending on the model of motorcycle you are installing them to. These headlights use the H4R type, which is used by most Honda 250cc and 400cc JDM models, such as the NC23, NC29, NC30 etc. H4R bulbs can be sourced from Honda, or possibly used etc. Alternatively, it is easy to modify an H4 bulb to fit the H4R headlight unit by modifying the tabs on the bulb.

Please note that the specifications for each model can vary by region. For example, an RC36-2 may require different wattage bulbs depending on the local laws of the country in which it was originally sold. You must ensure you do not overload the electrical system using higher output bulbs than officially specified. Please refer to the owner’s or workshop manual specific to your bike’s VIN/electrical system.

The headlights are supplied as left or right, depending on the position of the adjuster screws, so be sure to order one left and one right.

Please note, we have graded the condition from A to D, with A being the best and in excellent used condition. Even grade D is complete and unbroken, and still serviceable, but will have some scratches on the body and glass.

Each product is a unique light and when it is sold, that product is removed.
