Our TYGA Performance reproduction of the NX5 air box part numbers:

Box, Carburetor (80100-NX5-700) and Duct Air intake (70101-NX5-000)) is made from lightweight Kevlar and is supplied with rubbers, mesh, and quick fasteners; everything you need, ready to install.  The original plastic parts unfortunately tend to discolour or even breakdown and become brittle with age.

Additionally, being a long discontinued parts and everyone needing them, they are now difficult to find so for us, the solution was obvious when we needed these parts for our projects, we  simply made them ourselves and now we have the tooling we can offer them to other owners.  As a bonus, we like the look of the Kevlar much more than the discoloured plastic and it gives the bike a more HRC factory look.
